    Nature’s Bounty Rewards is a great way to be informed and get rewarded for staying on track on your health and wellness journey. Enjoy the benefits of our monthly newsletter with articles of your interest and earning points to use towards unlocking rewards.

    No membership fee to join. The program is free!
  • 4. How does the loyalty program work?
    You sign up and earn points by doing a variety of Nature’s Bounty related actions including entering product UPC codes, reading newsletters, and other interactive activities. As your points add up you will unlock different levels of rewards – white, green and gold – all with exciting perks!

  • 6. Can I update my personal information online?
    Yes, you may update your personal information at any time by logging in to the Nature’s Bounty Rewards website and clicking on “My Account” in the navigation bar.
    Just follow these steps:
    - Click "My Account" in the navigation bar.
    - Select "Edit Contact Settings".
    - Update your information.
    - Save your changes.
  • 7. What should I do if I forget my password?
    Go to the login page and type in the email address associated with your account and click the “Forgot password?” link and your password will be emailed to you. Note: your password is case sensitive and must be at least 8 characters.
  • 8. How can I change or reset my password?
    Just follow these steps:
    - Log in and select "My Account" in the navigation bar.
    - In the “General Information" section, click on the "Edit General Information" button.
    - Enter your Current Password and Create/Confirm a New Password (Password must be at least 8 characters).
    - Click "Save General Information" to save your changes.
  • 9. How do I unsubscribe from receiving Nature’s Bounty Rewards emails?
    You can click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email, or you can always update your email preferences by going to My Preferences and following these steps:
    - Hover over My Account and select My Preferences from the drop down.
    - Update your communication settings and your email preferences

  • 10. How do I connect my Twitter account?
    By connecting your Twitter @username to Nature’s Bounty Rewards, you will have the opportunity to Tweet and earn points— just follow these steps:
    - Log in and select "My Account" in the navigation bar.
    - In the “General Information" section, click on the "Edit" button in the social section.
    - Enter your Twitter username.
    - Select save.
  • 11. Why do my Tweets start with "#Ad"?
    “#Ad” has been prepopulated to appear at the beginning of each tweet sent out as part of the rewards program. Do NOT delete this prepopulated hashtag from your tweet.   • 12. Can I participate if I do not have an email address?
    The loyalty program is an online based rewards program. In order to participate in the program and receive rewards, it is necessary to have a valid email address.
  • Earning Points:
  • 1. How do I earn points?
    Upon joining Nature’s Bounty Rewards, points are earned by purchasing Nature’s Bounty products and entering the last 6 digits in the UPC bar codes on the Nature’s Bounty Rewards website, as well as other earning activities.

    • Where are the 6 digits in the UPC bar code?
      Look for the bar code on the package to locate the last 6 digits. See ‘How to enter your product code’ on the Nature’s Bounty Rewards home page to find where codes are located.
    • How do I enter my product codes to receive my points?
      After you have logged in to your account, enter the last 6 digit product code from the UPC bar code in the “Enter Product Code” box on the upper left side of the page.
    • Am I notified when I earn points from the product code entry?
      Yes, after you enter a product code you will receive one of the following messages displayed below where you enter the code:
      - Code accepted, you’ve just earned 15 points!
      - Limit reached: You can only enter 8 codes every 30 days.
      - Enter promo code in Boost Your Points section.
      - Product Item Not Found. Check your product code and re-enter.
    • Can I earn any product code bonus points right now?
      Yes, from 1/19/17 through 2/28/17 you can earn double points on the first product code entry of one of the following Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin, and Nails products:

    • Are there any other ways I can earn points other than product code entry?
      You can earn additional points for interacting with promotional activities. Keep an eye on ‘Boost Your Points’ on the Nature’s Bounty Rewards home page for opportunities to earn points. Examples of promotional activities include, but may not be limited to the following:
      - Reading a newsletter
      - Answering an article trivia question
      - Watching a video
      - Posting on Twitter
      - Referring a friend
      - Product bonus points
      - Profile completion
      - Promotional code
    • Is there a limit to the number of codes I can enter per day?
      You can only enter 8 product codes every 30 days from your first code entry.
    • How do I earn points for referring a friend?
      Tell your friends to sign up for the program and to enter your email address in the friend referral section of the sign up page. You will receive points within 24 hours of your friend’s enrollment. You can only refer 4 friends per month.
    • Is there a delay in earning points for taking certain activities?
      Some activities take up to 24 hours for points to reflect in your Point Activity history. Points earned from product code entry will always be received without delay.
    • What is the difference between a product code and a promotional code?
      A product code is the last 6 digits of the UPC bar code located on the package. Promotional codes are a one-time use promotion code distributed using various communication channels.
    • Where do I find promotional codes?
      Promotional codes may be sent to members via email or promoted on Nature's Bounty social media at select times only.
    • Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn for Tweeting?
      You can only earn 10 points per month for tweeting @NaturesBounty. You can tweet as many times as you would like, but you will only earn points for your first tweet each month.
  • 2. Will my points expire?
    Points expire at the start of a new rewards cycle for all members. Check the home page to see when the current cycle ends. Also, your points are never deducted after unlocking one of the tiers. So if you earn 100 points to unlock the White rewards, you will only have to earn another 100 points for a total of 200 points to unlock the Green rewards, and earn 200 points for a total of 400 points to unlock the Gold rewards.
  • 3. How will I keep track of the points I have earned?
    Nature Bounty Rewards will keep track of the points you earned. To view the points you have earned log in and view your Account Activity.
  • 4. Can points be transferred?
    Points cannot be transferred between accounts.

  • 1. What are the rewards?
    Rewards are achieved by earning points to unlock the White, Green, and Gold levels. After unlocking each reward, you receive an email to claim your rewards. Unlocking a Reward Tier does not reset your accumulated Points back to zero. You continue to accumulate points through the entirety of the reward cycle.

    a. What is a White Reward?
    The first level unlocked to receive rewards.
    - How many points do I need?
    100 points earned with at least 1 product code entry.
    - What are the Rewards?
    The rewards available at this tier will change each cycle. See what rewards are available on the home page.

    b. What is a Green Reward?
    - How many points do I need?
    200 points earned
    - What are the Rewards?
    The rewards available at this tier will change each cycle. See what rewards are available on the home page.

    c. What is a Gold Reward?
    - How many points do I need?
    400 points earned
    - What are the Rewards?
    The rewards available at this tier will change each cycle. See what rewards are available on the home page.
  • 2. How do I receive my rewards after I have unlocked the reward?
    After you have earned the required points to unlock a reward tier you will receive an email within 24 hours with your rewards.
  • 3. What if I do not receive the reward I earned or redeemed?
    If you did not receive the reward you have redeemed, please contact Consumer Affairs:

  • 4. What if the coupon I received has expired?
    If the coupon you have received has expired, please contact Consumer Affairs for more information. The coupons are available through a printing application provided by Coupons.com. If you experience problems printing, please use the troubleshooting information provided by Coupons.com at http://help.coupons.com or contact Customer Affairs at:

  • 5. How long is a reward cycle?
    Check the home page to see when a reward cycle ends. You have until the end of the cycle to unlock white, green, and gold rewards.
  • 6. Can I gift a reward to a friend?
    You can gift the free product sample to a friend during the item redemption check out process. Simply check the box ‘Yes, gift my sample to a friend’ and then enter their address. The product sample you select will be shipped to your friend’s address.
  • Privacy Information:
  • 1. What will you do with my information?
    Your information will only be used to send you Nature’s Bounty Rewards related emails and ship rewards to you. To learn more please visit Terms of Use page here and Privacy Policy page here.
  • 2. What type of emails will I receive?
    Members will receive 3 types of emails.

    a. Utility Emails:
    These are emails that provide account information. Examples include: forgot password, reward order confirmation, & enrollment confirmation.

    b. Trigger emails:
    These are emails that are triggered by an event. These include welcome email, almost there emails, or birthday bonus email. Most importantly, this is how we deliver rewards to you.

    c. Monthly Newsletters:
    These provide information on special point earning opportunities, trending products, and articles about health topics.
